Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Turns out switching between normal stdin and the ConsoleReader as the console input stream doesn't really work, as their nearest common superclass is the LStream.
There should be ReaderStream and WriterStream classes to enable this.
