At least unterminuten4 returns a totally different result than intended.

Part of the mess is that it doesn't really make sense to put all the eggs in one basket, only because it was one program in a previous incarnation. There is little in common between these functions, and that can be — and has already been, actually — easily factored out. So, refactor.
